Your order does not fit or you have changed your mind?

No problem! At B.SLOW you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of your order.

That's how it works:

1. Fill out the returns form below to let us know you want to return something. ATTENTION: If the form is not filled out, no assignment can be made to your order and your refund may take longer. If you forgot to fill out the return form, you can do so later or send us an email at office@b-slw.at.

2. Pack your order in the packaging in which you received your package.

3. The return process may vary depending on the brand, please refer to your order confirmation to see whether you need to print out your return label yourself, request it by email, or whether it is included in your package.

4. Stick your return label on the package and send off the package.

Depending on the brand, the return shipping may be covered by the brand or you may have to pay for it yourself. Please read about this in your order confirmation.
